Does it hurt?

Hurt? No, Discomfort? A little. Topical comfort cream is used throughout procedure to minimise discomfort.  Every person's pain threshold varies, but personal circumstances such as a recent cold/flus, stress levels and your menstrual cycle can sometimes impact your comfort during the procedure. It is important to us that your experience is as pain free as possible, so we will endeavour to assist in every way we can.

Due to Queensland regulations, clients are required to bring and apply their own numbing cream on the day of their treatment. Please order this through Tugan compounding pharmacy on the this link- https://form.jotform.com/252188610706053

Please let the pharmacy know on the form what service you are having & you require pre & during. Please have it shipped to your address and bring both of them along to your appointment.

Usage of the correct numbing cream for your procedure will ensure you have a comfortable & enjoyable experience. *While over-the-counter numbing creams are available from pharmacies, we require the use of the specific pre-procedure and during-procedure numbing creams that we recommend. Only the pre-procedure and during-procedure numbing creams recommended by us are approved for use. The use of any alternative numbing products may negatively affect skin response, pigment retention, and healing. For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed, and complimentary adjustments or touch-ups may not be offered where recommended products or instructions have not been followed.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT apply prior to your appointment; just bring it with you!

If you have any issues with the link you can also place an order over the phone with them on 07)55982411
